Robert Shields Noe, 75, died Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at his home in Strawberry Plains following an illness. Preceded in death by his parents, Ernest Shields Noe and Edna Carter Noe, brothers Jerry Lynn Noe and Ernest Dale Noe, sister Linda Noe Duncan. Survived by brother, Thomas Gale Noe; son, Robert Barry Noe and wife Susan; and grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1230p on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, 2200 E Governor John Sevier Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery.
