Her greatest love, however, was reserved for Jesus . . . as she put t in her own words: “No one here on earth can compare to the beauty and glory of my Jesus, my Lord and lover of my soul. Here on earth I can feel your love, it lights my path and its glow lights my soul and hopefully I reflect it to others. But when at last my Jesus I see, He will be looking at me with eyes full of love.” Janis is survived by her son Dale & wife Mandy Schneitman; her son Dean & wife Jodie Schneitman; granddaughter Casey Schneitman; great-granddaughter Kaia; and her sister, Mary Byers. Services will be at Highland Memorial Cemetery (4401 Sutherland Ave.) at 11:00 on Friday, May 6th, 2021. The Reverend Clarence Gresham will officiate. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a contribution to the Timothy Initiative.
