Frank Allen Burns, 75, of Townsend, TN passed away on Thursday, February 2 ^nd , 2023.  Frank is well loved by his family and friends and will be missed. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Margie Burns, sister Linda and her husband Leo Davis, sister Betty Sue Webb,  brother  Mayford and his wife Trula Burns and brother-in-law Clifford (Pete) Tipton.

 He is survived by his son Johnny Burns and daughter Carrie Burns, sister Lois Tipton, brothers Jack (Connie) Burns, Joe (Kathy) Burns and a host of nieces and nephews. 

A celebration of life gathering will be held at a later date.
