
Charles “Bud” Patterson, 76, of Knoxville, Tennessee, passed peacefully in his home on Sunday, October 18, 2020. He was a talented upholsterer, storyteller, and former Marine that loved life, family, and friends and will be sadly missed. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Patterson; mother, Mary Patterson; sister, Joyce Shoffner; brothers, Tom Patterson, Jr., Ray Patterson and Bill Patterson. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Carolyn Taylor Patterson; daughters, Beth (Kevin) Walters, Angie Moore, and Wanda (Matt) Turpin; grandchildren, Kristen Walters, Alivia (Chris) Duncan, Alex Moore, Jason Moore, Gabriella (Josh) McCracken, Blake Turpin, and Abigail Turpin; great grandchildren, Raelyn Lewis, Christian Duncan, Logan Duncan, Samuel McCracken and Everleigh McCracken; sisters, Wanda Horner and Anna Collins; brother in law, James Horner and sister in law, Frances Patterson, and many nieces, nephews and friends that were considered family.
Uncle Bud is missed and will never be forgotten. Much love to all the family during this time of grieving.
I love you so much, sorry we couldn’t see each other that one last time. My heart breaks because of it. You will always remain in my heart. I will miss our phone calls and your voice. Gods Blessings be with all the family. Until we meet again. <3
