Rebecka Suzanne Boles Coward, 44, finished her journey here on earth April 10, 2017.

She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Charles W. Boles and Rosemary Boles Davis. Love of her life and father to her children, Melvin Doane.

Survivors include her three sons:  Melvin Jr, Phillip and Jeremy Doane; grandchildren: Anha Doane and Jace Gryder; siblings: Cheryl Williams, Phil Boles and Kathy (Boles) Dalton; and special friends: Charles Ivey, Michelle West, Susan Pratt and Vickie Johnson.

The Family would  like to give a special thank you to Fort Sanders CV Step Down Unit and Covenant Hospice.

Per her wishes, she will be cremated and a celebration of life will be held at West Emory Missionary Baptist Church on Saturday, April 15 at 4:00 p.m. with Reverend Gary Chandler officiating.Resized_2 (4)

Richard (Rick) Keith Phillips

Richard (Rick) Keith Phillips, 63, of Caryville passed away Wednesday, March 29, at UT Hospital. He was a member of Willowbrook Baptist Church.

Preceded in death by parents, Otis and Mildred Phillips of Caryville, TN; and son James Keith Phillips of Jacksboro, TN.

He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Vickie Lynn (Wallace); brothers, Gary Lee and wife Sandi, John David and wife Jane, and Joe and wife Kelli.

A celebration of life was held  at Willowbrook Baptist Church on Saturday April 1, 2017.

Carole Jean Robertson Swart

Carole Jean Robertson Swart left this life Sunday,  March the 26th, 2017 to begin her new life with her loved ones passed before.
Mrs. Swart was born February 25th, 1945 to Kenneth Warr Robertson and Dorothy Elizabeth McDonald Robertson in Memphis, TN.  She was of the Episcopal Faith. Mrs. Swart practiced as a registered nurse early in her career, but dedicated her life to her children and late husband, Edwin Gifford Swart, Jr.
Mrs. Swart leaves behind children, Julie (Jim) O’Malley, Kathryn (George) Backus, Angela (Anthony) Ray, and Edwin Gifford (Brooke) Swart. One beloved sister, Ann Robertson Huffman (Charles) of Texas.  She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren William, Evan, Finn, Braeden, Anna Kate and Olivia, among many other special nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.
Mrs. Swart’s remains will be  interred at the Chattanooga National Cemetery with her late husband at a later date.  Memorial service to be held in remembrance and honor at a later date.  Cremation to be performed by Dogwood Cremation, Knoxville, Tn.

Tracey Leigh Campbell

Tracey Leigh Campbell, 55, lifelong Oak Ridger passed away 3-11-17 surrounded by friends and family after a 4-month bout with cancer.

She was a devout Christian. She loved Vols and Oak Ridge High School sports and attended many games. She was a Roane State graduate, having graduated with honors, and was a 1979 graduate of ORHS. Tracey worked in customer service in the fields of computers and cellphones, most recently with Verizon.

Her parents were Jack, Sr. and Mildred Campbell, who predeceased her. Her brother and sister-in-law are Jack and Mary Nell Campbell and she also leaves several cousins, nephews, two aunts and an uncle. A special friend is Frederick Thrift.

Service will be Tuesday, March 21 at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church. Receiving of friends will be from 6 to 7 pm with the memorial service at 7 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to animal shelters appreciated.

Patricia Ann Evans

Patricia Ann Evans, 81, passed away peacefully on March 8th, 2017, due to a short battle of cancer. She was born on September 19th, 1935 and lived in Youngstown, Ohio most of her life, and she worked at Handelman Company. She then moved to Knoxville, Tennessee in 1998.

Preceded in death by both parents; mother Mary McClelland and father John Carney.

She is survived by her daughter, Laura Freeman; granddaughter, Kelly Baker Deal and husband Doug Deal and family; sister and brother in-law, Mary Jane and Jack Hall; niece, Connie Hall Cothern and husband Tom Cothern and family; nephew, Jack Hall and family; nephew, Jim Hall and family; and step-son Ken Evans and family.

She will be dearly missed until we meet again!371

Gary Ray Farmer

Gary R. Farmer, 69, passed away on February 7,2017 after a long painful road of illnesses. He was a quiet man that loved his childhood memories of growing up in Spring Brook, Alcoa. He will be missed but he is now rejoicing in being back with his parents in heaven.

We love you Uncle Gary.

Stephen Michael Neubert

Neubert, Stephen Michael, 60, of Luttrell passed away after a lingering illness on Groundhog Day , 2017. Steve was a gentle, loving soul and avid animal lover who maintained the Neubert warped sense of humor until the end.
He was preceded in death by parents Sam and Mary Lou Neubert.
Steve is survived by his wife of 25 years Darlene Mynatt Neubert, son Chris Neubert (Amanda), daughter Sarah Neubert, granddaughters Jaiden Peterson & Carlee Neubert, grandson Tristen Bryant, brothers Dennis (wife Jane) and Randy Neubert (wife Cathy), 1 niece, 2 nephews and well as 2 great nieces and 3 great nephews.
In lieu of flowers or memorials Steve’s wish was that at least one unsolicited and unexpected random act of kindness for some unfortunate soul in need be performed in his name. That soul could be of the two or four legged variety. There will not be a public service since Darlene will not honor Steve’s request to be propped up against a juke box to observe. Instead, a celebration of life will be held with family and friends at a later date.

David K. McKinney age 58 went to his heavenly home on Monday, January 16, 2017 after a brief illness with cancer. David is a member of Salem Baptist Church in Halls, TN where his memorial service will be held on Friday, January 20, 2017. Visitation 5pm-7pm, service to follow with Rev. John Holland (David’s Sunday School Teacher) and Pastor Allen James officiating. David is survived by his wife, soul mate, Ruth Wayland-McKinney, son David McKinney, Jr (Lorri), brother Donald (Butch) McKinney, Gary McKinney (Stacy), Clayton McKinney (Tina) Two step-children, seven grandchildren and an abundance of nieces and nephews and wonderful friends.

Dear Lord, Someone I love just entered your presence. I know being face to face with Jesus is our ultimate Joy, but I already feel a gap in my heart without the presence of the special person on earth. Please bring all of us comfort as we experience grief and help us celebrate an amazing life that was beautifully lived for you

Bruce R Andrews, 77 of Maryville, passed away January 14, 2017.
He was a member St Paul Lutheran Church, Wisconsin Great Lakes Dragway Hall of Fame Inductee, Home Depot Associate and retired from the automobile industry.
Survived by wife Alice and canine companion Ruger Vom Weidenhaus; sisters Karen (Robert) Baumann, Pewaukee, WI; Lynn Justin, Bakersfield, CA; Doris (Steve) Pietras, New Berlin, WI; Lois Windpassinger, Oak Creek, WI; brother-in law Don (Donna) Rudolph and nieces, nephews and cousins.
