  1. Carolyn,

Jon and I are so sorry to learn about Burt. John Watts contacted me. John and I are both often in California these days. Please express my condolences to your family.

  2. The people who live at Asbury Place will always remember Burt and his big smile! He often went with us on trips in one of the Asbury Buses and was such a pleasant addition to dinners, etc. I personally loved his belts with the flags on them. He had a willingness to try new things even when they might prove physically challenging. Introducing him to my son who is currently a student at BU in Boston was a great opportunity for him to reminisce. He was tenacious despite health challenges, respectful of others, and polite and we will miss him! Love and hugs to Carolyn and the family!
